Training the eye muscles to move faster, focus more precisely and process information quicker are all keys to improving performance on or off the field.

Only available at HIT Centers, Eye Metrix is a scientifically based program that assesses visual skill and then develops a customized training program to strengthen eye muscles while improving information transfer from the eye to the brain and from the brain to the muscle. Reaction time and the accuracy of those reactions are evaluated and tracked throughout the six-week program.

CUSTOMIZED TESTING

The Eye Metrix program includes:

Sports Vision Function; Customized exercise prescriptions to improve depth perception, eye tracking, peripheral vision, eye focusing, eye/hand/body coordination and visual concentration;
Re-assessment.

TRACKING RESULTS

Each time you complete a training program in the Makoto Arena or the vision training board, your reaction time and accuracy are measured and compared to the previous time.
