Kennesaw Facility The HIT Center Kennesaw provides cutting-edge programs in athletic development (Speed-Up), weight loss (Lighten-Up), high level fitness (HIT FIT), and visual training (EyeMETRIX). The HIT Center is an exercise science laboratory housed in a 18,000 sq. ft. state of the art human performance training facility. The HIT Center contains everything a client would expect to see in an Olympic caliber sports training facility or a fitness research center.
