TRACKING RESULTS
Throughout the six-week training period, your progress in body composition, caloric expenditure, weight loss and fitness are closely monitored and evaluated so you can see your progress.

“I began at The HIT Center in Mid November 2005, and continued for 8 weeks during the most food intensive season of the year: Thanksgiving and Christmas. I went to my sessions like clockwork on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and worked out at least one extra time per week. After the Hit Center’s nutritional counseling, I changed my eating habits to include more protein and less sugar. The benchmark was the Bod Pod evaluation, first in Mid-November and at the end of the 8 weeks during the last week of December. I began at a weight of 208, with fat and muscle content at 41.9% and 58.1%, respectively. I ended the sessions at a weight of 203, and lost 17 pounds of fat and gained 12 pounds of muscle.
