Temi Molinar
Since the age of seven, soccer has been an important part of my life. I have been a member of a number of Olympic Development teams varying from the Arizona state team to the Regional IV team, which comprises thirteen western states. In addition, I have represented the United States at the U-15 and U-17 levels. At the end of the first semester of my sophomore year, I was one of forty players selected to be a part of the U-17 National Team Residency Program in Bradenton, FL, where I remained for 5 months. From January to May of 206, I lived trained, and studied with some of the best young soccer players in the United States. With these select teams mentioned above, I have made international trips to Czech Republic, Mexico, England, and Argentina. Since then, I have participated in two consecutive Adidas ESP (Elite Soccer Program) camps. Adidas ESP is the most recognized youth development program in the U.S, to which over 100 of the nation’s best high school aged players are invited. This summer my club team, the Cisco Toros, took first place in the Far West regional competition, which allowed us to qualify for the US Youth Soccer national championships in Little Rock, Arkansas, where we place third. I am now about to start my college soccer career at Duke University this fall. |
