The HIT Center Morgantown provides cutting-edge, one-on-one programs in athletic development (Speed-Up), weight loss (Lighten-Up), high level fitness (HIT FIT), and visual training (EyeMETRIX). The HIT Center is an exercise science laboratory housed in a 12,000 sq. ft. state of the art human performance training facility. The HIT Center contains everything a client would expect to see in an Olympic caliber sports training facility or a fitness research center. We feel everyone should have access to the best equipment, technology, and training concepts available.
