Summer 2008

The HIT Center, along with the YES Foundation, Inc, CBS High School and former St. Louis Rams player, Mike Jones, co-hosted a youth football speed, conditioning and skills camp at CBC’s the week of July 7th-11th. Over 100 kids ages 7-12 participated in the camp. Emphasis was placed on being a good citizen and teammate. Attributes such as respect, discipline and leadership were instilled in a high intensity and high energy format focused on proper football specific speed, agility and power movements. The camp was a huge success and future camps are in the plans.

Our Father’s Day challenge was a huge success. Congratulations to all the dads that participated and thanks to all the friends and family that attended. It was a fun filled day! Here are the results:
