Jack’s experience at The HIT Center:
“I heard about The HIT Center through a couple of local St. Louis hockey coaches who have seen great results in their athletes that have trained at The HIT Center. The thing I like the best about training at The HIT Center is the relationship you develop from their one-on-one training style that is very hard to find anywhere else. Their training protocols demand a high level of dedication and a superior work ethic. These things are easier to accomplish and results come quicker with a dedicated personal trainer there to push me during every training session. The area of my game that has improved the greatest and been most evident on the ice is my speed and endurance. I recommend training at The HIT Center to athletes of all skill levels because the programs produce noticeable results, and we all want to be better at what we do.” |
