Ryan Ludwig, Executive Director Education:
Prior to joining The HIT Center team, Ryan accumulated over eight years of sales and management experience in multiple industries. A native of Oswego, Illinois, Ryan was a four year starter at cornerback for the Truman State University Bulldog football team. Although a team captain and two time collegiate All-Conference selection, Ryan lists winning the 1992 IHSA Class 4A State Football Championship his most memorable athletic accomplishment. “Don’t look back: Something may be gaining on you”
Betsy Godar, Speed-Up Director Education:

Before joining HIT Centers Betsy was working at Washington University in St Louis as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She was the athletic trainer for the women’s basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and men’s and women’s cross country teams. She completed her Master’s of Exercise Science at SIUC while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Betsy earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training at Lindenwood University while playing 4 years of collegiate basketball. She has completed her first marathon and is training to compete in a triathlon. “Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great”
Kevin Bohnert, Exercise Scientist Education:

Kevin graduated in the fall of 2007 from Missouri State University where he obtained his B.S. in Exercise and Movement Science. While in Springfield he interned at St. John’s-Healthtracks where he trained athletes. “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” Aaron Randolph, Exercise Scientist Education:

Aaron started his career as a personal trainer in Cape Girardeau Missouri where he worked at Southeast Hospital’s HealthPoint Plaza. There he trained athletes under the Sports Max Sport Performance Program and Sportsmetrics USA. Also while at HealthPoint Aaron taught a self developed Sports Fitness class he called Peak Performance or P2. In his spare time Aaron is a competitive amateur natural bodybuilder. Aaron plans on attending graduate school and working towards his master’s in Health Management. “Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.”
Tommy Donovan, Exercise Scientist Education:

Prior to The HIT Center, Tommy completed his course work at Missouri State University. During the spring of 2007 he interned at St. Johns Healthtracks in Springfield, MO assisting in sports performance training. Tommy has a background in football and wrestling. “Fall Seven Times, Stand Up Eight.”
