Testing

The HIT Centers put science and technology on your team.

To develop customized exercise prescriptions, our exercise scientists, physiologists and trainers must have a complete understanding of your body, its chemistry, composition and capacity.

Testing provides us with information to:

  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitor your progress
  • Compare your progress to other athletes
  • Identify areas of talent
  • Provide encouragement for continued progress
